Collage of four photographs: a wedding ceremony with a bride and groom exchanging vows, a woman taking a selfie outdoors, a couple with an unborn baby on a grassy field, and a couple at sunset on the beach.

Hello, my name is

Nina!

I am so happy that you have found yourself here on my website! I am a hybrid photographer based out of eastern Pennsylvania, photographing the Northeast and beyond. My primary goal is to document your life and love in an earnest and joyful way, creating images that feel honest and transport you back in time when you look at them.

I shoot on small and medium format film, as well as with mirrorless digital cameras. The way that film is able to capture color, texture, and dimension is something that cannot totally be replicated with digital cameras. I love the way film is finite and requires intention. Digital photography however, is precise and flexible, allowing for the freedom to preserve small fleeting moments that make your gallery feel complete. I also enjoy using Super 8 video as a medium for archiving memories in a nostalgic way. I am forever evolving as a documentarian and am eager to create new connections and learn new techniques for exploring people’s lives through images—still and moving.

Your story is

A plain, beige textured background without any objects or features.
A double exposure photo of a couple embracing on a city street, with tall buildings and skyscrapers in the background.
A young couple hugging and laughing on rocks by the ocean on a clear day.
A woman breastfeeds a baby while sitting on her lap in a dimly lit room.
A wedding ceremony taking place outdoors near a lake, with a floral arch and trees in the background, and an audience seated watching the couple.
